delete empty folders

Ever run into a situation where you have a bunch of empty folders inside other folders? Let’s say you had one folder with ten folders inside, 4 of which are empty. You could manually check each folder and delete the empty ones.

Or you can use Folder Vanity Remover, give the program a folder name and it will recursively delete all folders inside that folder that are empty. Neat!

split desktop screen

Do you have a huge high-resolution LCD screen at home? If you do, you probably can use all those extra pixels more effectively. WinSplit Revolution is a small program that lets you organize open windows on your desktop by resizing, positioning and tilting.

Using the program, you can easily create a 3×3, 4×4 or whatever size grid on your desktop and “snap” open programs into the grid. It’s a good solution if you don’t have dual monitors or don’t like virtual desktop managers.
