Want to stream live video directly from your iPhone? Now you can! Using the new Ustream iPhone app! The cool thing is that it works over WiFi and 3G! Install it and give it a shot! Seems to work pretty well so far. Of course, we’ll see more live streaming apps soon.

Want to share a YouTube video with someone, but don’t want it to start from the very beginning? Maybe it’s a 10 minute video, but you only want someone to see the last 2 minutes?

Well, instead of just telling them, you can create a custom YouTube link that will load up the video at the time you specify. It’s pretty easy, you just have to add an extra parameter to the URL.
