How to set Status Updates as default on your Facebook Homepage

leave a comment

show only status updates facebook

As you probably know by now, the Facebook homepage shows either the News Feed or Live Feed when you log in. However, what if you want to just see status updates by default when you login?

It’s easy! Just click the More link below the menu on the left hand side and you’ll see these set of grey lines next to each item in the menu. Now just click on that and drag Status Updates to the top! Now whenever you log in, you’ll see Status Updates instead of the feed.

photo uploader for facebook

Ever run into problems uploading photos to Facebook? Too slow? Doesn’t work properly? Can’t select folders? Hmm…maybe you should check out the new Photo Uploader desktop app from Adobe. It’s a desktop application that lets you simply drag and drop folders onto the application.

It works exceptionally well and is way better than the official Facebook app. Also, the app allows you to see your news feed, receive notifications, poke people, chat with friends and more all from the desktop!
